A varied and interesting position to work with GIBBSCAM, the world’s leading CAM software for professional designers and engineers – Helping a broad range of customers get the most out of their investment.
​

You will have the opportunity to learn the software to the very highest level, so we can provide exceptional service to our customers.

 Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for working as part of our award winning technical team.
​

You will be working with customers and responding to solve detailed technical and manufacturing problems in using GIBBSCAM software. 

You will also be required to undertake Training of customers by understanding their manufacturing process and recommending best practices for utilizing GIBBSCAM effectively.
​

Progression into product demonstrations, where you will showcase the extensive capabilities of GIBBSCAM to potential customers.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
​
-
Engineering experience gained in a manufacturing environment
​
-
Degree /HNC/HND qualified
​
-
Knowledge of a CAM and 3D CAD Systems, ideally GIBBSCAM, EDGECAM, SolidCAM, HyperMILL, SOLIDWORKS and Fusion 360
​
-
Confident presenter
​
-
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook
​

Ability to multi task and be a clear concise communicator. Willingness to be flexible and to travel as required
​

Creative and a Team player
​
-
Driving license required
​

This is a hybrid working role requiring working from our office in Bromsgrove combined with working from home (Home Based for role in Ireland)
Graduate/Junior Level:
£20,000 - £35,000 PA
Experienced Engineer Level:
£35,000 – £60,000 PA
28 days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation

Utilize marketing automation tools to create email campaigns, monitor and improve customer journeys, and support lead generation efforts
​

Publish engaging content for products, events across various social media platforms
​

Assist in execution and optimization of advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and other relevant PPC channels
​

Monitor the performance of digital campaigns
​

Assist in the updating of our website to execute strategies focusing on design content SEO, and inbound marketing approaches to drive organic traffic and boost sales
​

Support in the creation and promotion of essential digital marketing collateral, including blogs, online brochures, webinars, white papers, and interactive tools
​

Add essential collateral, including online brochures, webinars, white papers, and interactive tools to our website
Ideal Skills & Experience:

Passion for digital marketing
​

Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social, website)
​
-
Experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.
​

Experience with WordPress or equivalent CMS platforms
​

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
​

Excellent communication skills
​

Relevant qualification in marketing (degree, CIM, or equivalent) desirable
​
